52Degrees Telecom Limited agree to provide customers with services ordered at the time of sign up. Customers agree to abide by the Terms of Service below.
Responsibility – Users shall be held responsible for all content distributed, accessed or viewed while utilizing the 52Degrees Telecom Ltd network.
Liability – Under no circumstances shall 52Degrees Telecom Ltd, our employees or suppliers/vendors be liable for damages which result in misuse or inability to use the services provided by 52Degrees Telecom Limited.
Billing – Upon sign up, users will be billed for the first months service and any appropriate setup fees. Recurring transactions will take place on the sign up date each month.
In the event of a transaction decline, 52Degrees Telecom Limited will re-attempt the transaction within 24 hours before suspending the account. It is the users responsibility to ensure the appropriate funds are available to ensure continued service.
Cancellation – We reserve the right to cancel service which violates our terms of service or acceptible use policy at any time, with no prior warning. Users may cancel services by logging into our control panel.
