52Degrees Telecom Limited have a hassle-free 7 day refund policy for Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting and VPS Services.
Simply open up a billing ticket in our customer support portal requesting a refund before the 7th day. Refunds will only be issued to the Debit/Credit Card or account used to make payment. In order to prevent abuse of our system, this will be limited to one refund per person.
In the event of a failure by 52Degrees Telecom Limited, we will make discretionary refunds for dedicated servers, connectivity products and voice products to provide the service as described in a timely fashion.
